Sensory Room Installations

Each sensory room or installation is uniquely tailored to the space and community it serves. At Mosaic Maker Works, we work with our clients to incorporate unique and customized elements into each space we create.

Tree Installation

Below is a custom tree installation featuring both tactile and auditory elements. The tree trunks are made from live edge wood to bring more natural elements into the space while the leaves display both rough (AstroTurf) and smooth (painted) textures. Included in this particular installation is a motion sensor “Twitter Box” that plays a gentle bird song when movement is detected – motion sensorequipment is great for promoting cause and effect learning.
