Custom climbing walls for the home present a unique challenge with fulfilling the particular climber’s needs while also fitting the wall to a typically much smaller space. At Mosaic we take pride in our ability to shape the space to meet the challenges presented by our client. As well as maintaining a constant narrative to ensure we meet the needs of the client.

Gym Training Area

Boulder Parc is a gym that was built with developing young, high performance athletes in mind. The adjustable Tension climbing system board was a priority from day one and we were tasked with engineering the mechanism to raise and lower the wall. We ended up using a pair of linear actuators for rigidity and smooth action. We also designed Canada’s first inverted staircase training terrain, developed to afford climbers even more options in developing their strength and coordination.

All of our wood panels are matched to the rest of Boulder Parc’s climbing terrain to maintain uniformity throughout the space.
